Does this list include every past Wordle answer?
Yes. The archive contains every daily answer from the first puzzle (June 19, 2021) through yesterday, pulled from a verified public Wordle history record.
Does this page reveal today's Wordle answer?
No. Today's answer is never added until the next puzzle goes live, so browsing this archive is always spoiler-safe for your current game.
Where do the difficulty scores come from?
48 puzzles carry a score matched directly against a competitor archive's published figures (the days visible on their page, plus their "Hardest Words" list). A further 13 of the most difficult puzzles in Wordle history carry a score verified against real, independently-published NYT WordleBot data. Every other day — old or new — is estimated from the word's structure: vowel count, repeats, and how common the letters are. Estimated scores are always marked with a ~.
Can I search by puzzle number instead of the word?
Yes. Type the puzzle number, the date, or the word itself into the search box above — all three work.
Can I view past Wordle answers alphabetically?
Yes. Open the Sort menu and choose Alphabetical A–Z. You can keep the month and difficulty filters active at the same time.
How often do the letter and repeat stats update?
Every time a new day gets added to the archive above, every chart and card on this page recalculates automatically from that same data.
